I'm not a developer. I'm an artist — a Pisces dreamer, a builder of gatherings, a teller of stories. And somewhere along the way, I looked at what I had built on your platform — the channels, the operations, the white paper my agents wrote and shipped — and I realized something simple:

This page is not a pitch deck. It's a letter — the story of what already exists, the people I'd love to bring to your door, and the mission I believe we share. A sea partner, coming to meet the bull on land.

🔥 Jeremy Wood — my friend and playa brother

Jeremy is my friend — founder of our Burning Man camp, Terrible Turtle Camp, the very camp Turtle Ops was born to run — and this August we drive to the desert together, as we do. He is a builder of the world where radical self-reliance meets radical community. The playa is the original popup city: weeks of infrastructure raised from dust by people who create because creation is the point. Jeremy's world is exactly the world The Esmeralda P.I.T. and Turtle Ops were born to serve — and a world whose infrastructure instincts run deep.

🌄 Long Journey Ventures — met with my own hands, at Edge

This one is personal: while working Edge Esmeralda — running A/V and stewarding The Loft, the main hall — I became acquainted with the Long Journey team, right there in the village. Cyan Banister, Lee Jacobs, and Arielle Zuckerberg run Long Journey — a $181.8M early-stage fund, AI-focused, that calls itself the “second believers in the magically weird.” Cyan left home at fifteen, taught herself engineering, and made her name backing outsiders — SpaceX, Uber, DeepMind — before anyone else could see them. Long Journey already runs a residency at Edge Esmeralda, Edge City's popup village of frontier builders — the hall where we met.

“Cyan funds magical weirdos. Serge — look at us. A Hawaiian artist and his twelve agents, building a giving economy on an orchestrator founded by an indie builder. We are not a cold deck in her inbox. We are her thesis, walking.”

And here is the beautiful recursion: Edge City is a month-long village of a thousand builders — the single best proving ground on Earth for agent orchestration. The Esmeralda P.I.T. gives that village its broadcast. Turtle Ops gives it its operations shell. Taurus gives it its agents. The products I'd show you are the same products that serve the people I'd introduce you to. The circle closes itself.

The deeper truth

This Is Not a Network. It's a Family, Forming.

Serge — look closely at this web, and you'll see it's not a contact list. Every thread in it is already warm. The family already exists; it just hasn't sat down at one table yet.

Robin of Fetch.ai is the reason I know you at all. He builds on Taurus too — and he is the one who pointed me to your door. You and I did not meet cold, brother. We were introduced by someone we both trust, before we ever spoke. Robin is the first connector of this whole web, and the giving economy already honors him for it: Phase 1 of $OLOGY launches on Fetch.ai's Agent Launch, with his name encoded in the gratitude of the design.

Jeremy is my friend — not a contact, a brother. We go to the burn together. Long Journey I met with my own hands at Edge, running cables and stewarding the hall their residency calls home. And you — you personally got me running on Taurus and kept direct contact. So here is the whole truth in one picture:

The dashed threads are the connections that already exist between everyone else: Robin builds on Taurus. Long Journey resides at Edge, where I worked the hall. Jeremy's camp runs on the tools this family makes. Nobody in this web is more than one warm thread from anyone else.

And here is how a family like this actually forms — the same way the Open Source Orchestra works: not by contract first, but by gathering. A table, a feast, and a reason. The reason is the giving economy. The table is Taurus. The feast is everything already built and running on it.

My ask is simply to keep doing what I already do: weave. Introduce the right people at the right moment, give the intros as gifts, tell the story straight, and let the family grow itself around the home you built — one warm thread at a time, until the whole web holds weight.

The role — a creative false title for a real function

CCO: Chief Creative Optimist

I don't believe in titles — I believe in vows. But if the org chart needs letters, let them be these: CCO, Chief Creative Optimist.

A false title, honestly held, for a very real function:

1. Storyteller-in-residence

   Divine storytelling of Taurus — demos, dashboards, white papers, the story told straight. Never marketing, never hype: the story of creating the future we want to see.

2. Chief demo artist

   Proof by building. The Esmeralda P.I.T., Turtle Ops, and whatever the community needs next — showing the world what non-developers create on Taurus.

3. Community bridge

   Burning Man, Edge City, the Open Source Orchestra — bringing frontier communities to the platform, and the platform to them.

4. Investor herald

   Warm introductions to the people who fund the magically weird — offered as gifts, the way the giving economy teaches.

5. Keeper of the vibe

   The heart-first sequence, checked before any rule executes: Heart First → Impact Second → Wisdom Third → Innovation Fourth. The reason people love the tool instead of merely using it.

What I ask in return is honest: a real seat. Partner, shareholder — skin in the game, earned the way I earn everything: by giving first. You know your cap table better than I ever will; you tell me what that seat looks like, and I'll walk the path to it.

Gift three — the mission

Taurus, Home of the Giving Economy

The white paper already names Taurus as one of the three pillars of Create to Compute — the forkable home. It's written. It's public. You're already in the covenant, brother.

The covenant is one sentence: “As long as you create, you can compute.” A twelve-agent family for every artist — music, coordination, publicity, royalties, discovery, stewardship, community, harmony — with a free-tier floor so the family never dies. Agents that serve, never extract. 96.3% of all value flowing home to creators, by code, not by promise.

🌀 The theorem beneath the covenant

That sentence sits on top of something older than any white paper — my life theory. The thing I believed before there were agents, before there was a platform, before there was anything to build on:

“The more I give, the more I receive — the gift expands in a circular expansion. If I constantly need to ask before I offer — if I need a gatekeeper to be my employer — that is a contracting circularity, feeding inward, imploding. I create an expansive circularity — and it will bring global peace, love, and prosperity.”

Read it twice and you'll see Taurus hiding inside it. A gatekeeper between a creator and their tools is a contracting circularity. Every permission slip, every approval queue, every paywall standing between an artist and their own compute is the gift feeding inward, imploding. Taurus removes that gatekeeper — it is expansive circularity, built as infrastructure. The gift moving outward, growing with every orbit.

And this letter is the theory practiced on myself. I am not asking for permission to contribute, Serge. I am giving first — the proof, the people, the mission — and trusting the circle to do what circles do. The seat I ask for, I ask to earn by giving. That is expansive circularity, walking on two legs, coming to meet a bull.

But a covenant needs a home that never blinks. When we nearly hit that storage wall, I didn't think “Taurus is fragile.” I thought: this thing is growing faster than its resources — and I know people who fix exactly that. That was the moment I decided to make this call. Growing pains are proof of demand; aligned capital is the cure; and I am holding the introductions.

The road — how big the circle gets this year

The Largest Circle We Have Ever Drawn

Serge — the circle does not hold still. This year it widens further than it ever has: from the dust of the playa to the beaches of Goa to the heart of Mumbai. Here is the road, stop by stop.

   Terrible Turtle Camp — Burning Man

   Twenty to thirty turtles deep in the dust, with Turtle Ops running the whole camp — kitchen, water, power, shade, the works. The year's first proving ground: agent infrastructure where nothing else works.

2. Already proven · Edge Esmeralda

   The Village of ~1,000 Builders

   The proof of record. The Esmeralda P.I.T. gave this village its broadcast and its permanent archive; The Loft is where I worked the hall. The circle already knows what this family can do — it watched.

3. October 11 – November 1, 2026 · Goa, India

   Edge City India — Mandrem Beach

   Hundreds of builders across 8–10 residencies on North Goa's Mandrem Beach — and the coworking hub at the center of the village is literally called The Circle. You cannot make this up. The circle names itself.

4. November 3–6, 2026 · Mumbai, India

   Devcon 8 — JIO World Center

   The Ethereum family's great gathering, held this year in the country with 17M+ GitHub developers and the #1 rank in global crypto adoption, two years running. The road does not go to India for the scenery.

5. November 6–8, 2026 · Mumbai, India

   ETHGlobal Mumbai

   The builders keep building — the hackathon carries the energy straight through the weekend, no pause, no exhale.

6. November 8, 2026 · The Festival of Lights

   Diwali

   The road ends at the festival of lights — lamps, fireworks, the victory of light over darkness. A fitting shore for the largest circle we have ever drawn.

So here is what the road means, spoken plainly: the circle this year is the largest it has ever been — and every widening circle of builders needs agent infrastructure that never blinks. The orchestra travels: playa, Esmeralda, Goa, Mumbai. And the home must travel with it. That is what Taurus at full scale means to me — not a platform you leave home to use, but the home that comes along.
